What these additives do

Long drain. Hot service. Wet operation. Three problems, three chemistries.

Industrial lubricants are judged on drain interval, not initial performance. A turbine oil running 50,000 hours, a rotary screw compressor oil running 8,000 hours between changes, a thermal fluid running at 320 °C — all depend on antioxidant chemistry that doesn't deplete linearly. Our industrial additive packages are designed around RPVOT and TOST life targets, not just initial fresh-oil specs.

For metalworking fluids, the additive system is different: emulsifiers (anionic + nonionic blends), tramp-oil rejection chemistry, biocides for sump life, coupling agents to keep the system stable across hard-water variability. We supply soluble, semi-synthetic, and synthetic MWF packages calibrated for ferrous and non-ferrous machining.
