View product →A finished grease is a thickener + base oil + additive system. The thickener controls consistency (NLGI) and drop point. The base oil decides film thickness and temperature range. But the additives decide whether the grease survives the application: EP chemistry handles shock loads, tackifiers keep the grease in place under vibration and water washout, solids (MoS2, graphite, h-BN) handle slow-speed boundary contact, and corrosion inhibitors protect bearings in humid or chloride-exposed service.
We supply each family individually and as pre-blended grease additive packages calibrated for common thickener chemistries — lithium 12-OH, lithium complex, calcium sulfonate, polyurea, aluminium complex, and bentonite-thickened.
