PIB 2400 tackifier
LGA 152 is a tackifier supplied by Lubechem Additives for use in NLGI 1–3. PIB 2400 tackifier.
This grade is recommended for use in finished oils targeting Mid-MW tackifier; tacky grease. The chemistry is balanced for use across Group I, II, II+, and III base oils, with full data on PAO and ester compatibility available on request.
Typical treat rate is 0.5 – 2 wt% — actual treat rate is calibrated to your finished-oil approval target and base stock viscometrics. A 1–5 kg evaluation sample is dispatched within 48 hours of an approved enquiry, accompanied by a full Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the supplied lot.
