LAP 5777 is a detergent-inhibitor supplied by Lubechem Additives for use in 5W-30, 10W-40 HDD. Synthetic HDD long-drain DI.
This grade is recommended for use in finished oils targeting ACEA E6, E7, E9; Volvo VDS-4. The chemistry is balanced for use across Group I, II, II+, and III base oils, with full data on PAO and ester compatibility available on request.
Typical treat rate is 12.5 – 14.0 wt% — actual treat rate is calibrated to your finished-oil approval target and base stock viscometrics. A 1–5 kg evaluation sample is dispatched within 48 hours of an approved enquiry, accompanied by a full Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the supplied lot.
