LAP 11183 is a detergent-inhibitor supplied by Lubechem Additives for use in 5W-30, 5W-40. Mid-SAPS, DPF-safe.
This grade is recommended for use in finished oils targeting ACEA C3, C2; API SN; MB 229.51. The chemistry is balanced for use across Group I, II, II+, and III base oils, with full data on PAO and ester compatibility available on request.
Typical treat rate is 11.0 – 12.5 wt% — actual treat rate is calibrated to your finished-oil approval target and base stock viscometrics. A 1–5 kg evaluation sample is dispatched within 48 hours of an approved enquiry, accompanied by a full Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the supplied lot.
