Volume contract or PO-by-PO. Incoterm, payment term, packaging spec, document set all confirmed in writing.
Order confirmed. Production run scheduled. In-house QC verifies lot before warehouse acceptance.
COA, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, HS code letter, packing list, invoice. Pre-shipment document approval over email.
Domestic by road in 5–7 days. Export by FCL/LCL container with weekly tracking updates until delivery confirmation.
