View product →Hydraulic oil failures rarely come from the base oil. They come from pump-vane wear (anti-wear additive degradation), copper attack (chemistry too aggressive), oxidation darkening (insufficient antioxidant), or filter blockage (water emulsification). A correctly designed hydraulic additive package addresses all four simultaneously — at a treat rate that doesn't compromise air-release or seal compatibility.
We supply both zinc-based ZDDP packages (lower cost, proven chemistry for ISO HM/HV) and modern ashless systems (TCP, triazine-based AW) for applications requiring ashless operation, electronic-controlled servo valves, or extended life. Biodegradable HEES packages available for environmentally sensitive applications.
